St. James City on Pine Island is a boater's paradise with old Florida charm! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom canal front, direct Gulf access vacation home located in St. Jude Harbors features a fully equipped kitchen and wonderful outdoor space with a place to dock your boat to provide a true maritime experience. Spend your days lounging by the heated saltwater pool or rent a boat and head out on the water.

St. James is a golf cart community so rent a cart at Pine Island Golf Carts or Salty Steve's.  Walk or ride over to Low Key Tiki, Froggy's or Phuzzy’s for a bite to eat or catch a band at the Ragged Ass Saloon.  Take a 15 minute drive to  the fishing community of Matlacha and have a cocktail and enjoy the catch of the day seafood at the waterfront restaurants; stroll the unique, artsy nearby shops.

If the beach is what you're after Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island beach are an hour's drive or take the boat and get there in minutes.  Visit Cayo Costa State Park and beach only accessible by boat or ferry from the Island 30 minutes away.  Whether you’re looking for an action-packed trip or a quiet weekend with friends, this place offers something for everyone.

This home is not suitable for young children.  There is a 5.5 foot inground pool that is easily accessible, and a few steps from the back door.  Due to safety reasons persons under age 16 are not permitted.

The pool is heated year round at 85 degrees.  In the cooler months when the outside temperature drops below 75 degrees, the water temperature may not maintain the temperature of 85 degrees.  The spa is not a hot tub and therefore has the same water temperature as the pool.
